Star’s Bio:
I am blessed to have a career that gives me great satisfaction guiding people through the complex and sometimes difficult process of buying or selling real estate in an area/community I know well and love. I am in a unique position to do so having spent 36 years in occupations related to real estate, as a building and remodeling contractor, house inspector, appraiser, and, currently, broker, in the Hanover Dartmouth Upper Valley Lake Sunapee region. I know the area, I know the market, I know buildings and construction, and I use this experience and knowledge to serve and benefit my clients.
As a 1970 graduate of Dartmouth College, I am especially pleased to be in a position to help Dartmouth alumni returning home to the Hanover area find the best properties for them.

John Bertolami

As a successful business owner, John has four decades of experience in business management, consulting, and retail pharmacy.


As a personal investor, he has years of experience buying and selling both residential and commercial properties on Nantucket and in the Boston area, and has negotiated multiple commercial leases for his businesses.


He looks forward to sharing his expertise in real estate with clients in the Upper Valley.


John is an avid sailor and skier.

Joe Roberto

Armando J. "Joe" Roberto Joe has been a resident of Etna since 1973.

He retired in 2005 after 34 years with the Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC/CRREL).
During his career Joe lived and worked in Alaska, Europe and Saudi Arabia and received many awards to include the DeFleury Medal and two Meritorious Service Medals.


Joe believes in giving back to the community and over the years has served on the Etna volunteer fire department, the Hanover Parks and Recreation board and as Chairman of the Lebanon College Board of Trustees. He received the Hanover Volunteer Service Award in 1991.


Currently Joe is an active member of the Hanover Lions Club and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Assessors for the Town of Hanover.


Joe continues to reside in Etna with his wife Elizabeth who recently retired from the Tuck School of Business and is now an active member of the Upper Valley Community Band and manager of the pet visiting program for the Green Mountain Humane Society.


Joe looks forward to servicing the real estate needs of all his friends, and making new friends and colleagues in his 'second' career’.

Margaret Ward

Margaret "Meg" Ward Bio:
Although originally from Long Island, Meg has lived in the Upper Valley since 1972.

Meg has started and sold two area businesses, exclusively sold homes for an area development company,
site searched commercial real estate investments throughout New England on behalf of a trust fund investment firm
and has been active in Upper Valley residential sales.
